I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’d especially like to thank Lisa Scaggiante at the reception. She was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

I rated the hotel highly because my stay at JW Marriott Grosvenor House genuinely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time staying at the property, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my trip to London. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, the service was warm and attentive, and every detail made me feel comfortable and well cared for. What impressed me the most was how consistently welcoming and professional the staff were throughout my stay. It created a sense of ease that allowed me to truly enjoy every moment. The hotel played a major role in making my visit memorable, and I sincerely appreciate that. Because of this experience, Grosvenor House will now be my preferred place to stay whenever I visit London. I look forward to returning—and I would be delighted if future stays could include an upgrade whenever possible, as it would make an already excellent experience even more exceptional.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! From Eman at the check in to the lounge and breakfast to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you nicely and do their best to accommodate you! We loved the room and the hotel has a couple of very nice restaurants, the steakhouse is outstanding! It's a little too classic for my taste but that was very fitting for a London trip!

I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member and chose to stay at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London in October of 2025. I was eligible for an upgrade and was upgraded to a gorgeous suite. This hotel is lovely, well-located, and excels in hospitality service. The Lounge, with its offerings and decor, and the people staffing it are impressive. To say the lounge staff excel at service doesn't do them justice. Kudos to the Hotel and the staff (Chung and Anson).

Great hotel! Lovely, nice sized rooms, well appointed. The hotel also has a super convenient grab-n-go market that also sells some fun goodies, and it’s not terribly overpriced. The high tea is a standout! It’s themed and fabulous! My favorite high tea, it’s served in their beautiful, intimate restaurant with live piano music, fun street views, and wonderful service! A fantastic place for afternoon tea!! The tea and offerings are extremely plentiful and then on top of that they send you home with two large pieces of cake!!! All beautifully boxed up—it’s amazing. Great service overall for the entire hotel and experience. Only drawback is the location on the street with no real crosswalk, it’s scary coming and going with crazy traffic.

An absolutely wonderful place. Perfectly located within walking distance of major attractions, facing Hyde Park. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms. The service was impeccable — as an example — I had mentioned in passing how interested I was in the hotel’s history and the staff gifted us a coffee table book on that subject upon arrival. This level of service is truly unmatched and speaks volumes about the people who run and care for this hotel. Will return as soon as possible.

Our third stay at this hotel and I must say that this is one of the best hotels we’ve been too. Clean, neat, welcoming and professional. Orazio, Evita our breakfast stuff at the stakehouse restaurant are always welcoming and go above and beyond to cater to our family. Rebecca, in the lounge is a spectacular person. She remembers details and is very accommodating. Rooms are so clean at all times thanks to the amazing hardworking cleaning stuff and their kind lady manager (blonde lady with glasses that always smiles). Reception and concierge are always nice. It’s not easy to travel with kids and strollers, but this hotel literally caters to everyone equally, and the doorman are always there to help you too. It’s amazing to see that they’re all genuinely kind and welcoming.

We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday with the Magic Faraway Tree afternoon tea, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were seated at an elegant table by the window, and the service throughout was exemplary—attentive, courteous, and genuinely kind. The whimsical décor created a uniquely enchanting atmosphere, while the exquisite cakes inspired by Enid Blyton’s story were both beautifully crafted and delicious. This celebration is one my daughter will cherish for years to come. She was further delighted by the presentation of a special birthday cake at the conclusion of our experience. Adding to the charm of the afternoon, a talented pianist serenaded us with Christmas melodies, providing a refined and festive accompaniment to the occasion.
